Quality Inn & Suites Altamonte Springs Orlando-North, Altamonte Springs

I was really impressed by the hotel's fantastic location, surrounded by great dining options and just minutes away from entertainment spots. The rooms were cozy, but unfortunately, there was a strong smell of smoke that lingered quickly. The staff was exceptionally professional and friendly, offering helpful tips on local amenities. However, I was a bit caught off guard when my debit card was charged despite my intention to pay in cash.

The hotel had some drawbacks like small rooms with roaches and limited outlets, but they did provide Lysol wipes for cleanliness. The service was a mixed bag with both rude behavior and friendliness. The location had its ups and downs, with convenience marred by rough surroundings. The dining experience left much to be desired, lacking protein options. Overall, it had some positives but also clear areas for improvement.
